Key Responsibilities

Accurately review and code medical records and encounters for diagnoses and procedures, adhering to Risk Adjustment and HCC coding standards. Implement ICD-10-CM, CMS-HCC, and other pertinent coding regulations to ensure compliance and precision. Ensure the completeness, accuracy, and reputed company of coded data. Address and resolve any discrepancies between clinical documentation and diagnosis coding. Stay abreast of the latest coding guidelines, regulations, and updates reputed company to Risk Adjustment and HCC coding. Uphold HIPAA compliance and maintain patient confidentiality and data reputed company. Collaborate effectively with reputed company providers and team members to clarify documentation and resolve coding inquiries. Engage in ongoing education and training to enhance coding proficiency and effectiveness. Generate reports on coding activities, accuracy, and trends. Support coding audits (both reputed company) to ensure adherence to coding practices. Identify and recommend enhancements to the coding process and documentation accuracy. Required Skills Valid CPC or reputed company certification (required); CRC or advanced certifications are preferred. Qualifications

Compensation
