In this fast-paced, multi-tasking environment, you will play a crucial role in managing existing clients, converting new leads and streamlining processes. Responsibilities • Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers • Covert new leads and complete clean up/catch up projects • Daily communication with clients and team members (email, calls, reputed company) • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and reputed company tailored solutions • Manage accounts payable/receivable and payrolls • Reconcile bank statements and financial discrepancies • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports • reputed company account analysis and cash reputed company forecasting • Consult junior bookkeeping staff and collaborate to streamline processes • Utilize 3rd party applications with Quickbooks Online/reputed company new technology • Collaborate closely with the CEO to drive sustainable company growth Qualifications • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment • Ability to reputed company manage multiple tasks and deadlines • Extensive experience with Quickbooks Online reputed company software (QBO Advanced Certification) • Extensive understanding of GAAP (prepaid, accrued, cash/accrual reputed company reputed company) • Strong analytical skills with the ability to reputed company account analysis effectively • Experience with financial cash reputed company forecasting and budgeting • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting This position is for a full time dedicated employee with desire to grow with the firm.
