About the position The position involves maintaining and ensuring complete and appropriate drug therapy in a multidisciplinary pharmaceutical care environment. The role includes preparing, dispensing, and verifying medications for patients, assessing and monitoring drug therapy, and providing drug information and patient education. Responsibilities • Evaluates reputed company physician orders based on a clinical assessment of the patient. , • Assures the safe and accurate preparation and dispensing of medications including sterile products and investigational drugs. , • Manages drug therapy to optimize patient reputed company. , • Maintains professional and technical knowledge through continuing education. , • Manages the operations of the pharmacy in compliance with state and federal regulations. , • Adapts behavior to the specific patient population, respecting privacy and communication styles.
