Description At reputed company, the Contact Center Product and Servicing Specialist helps strengthen existing customer relationships by conducting needs-based conversations on a variety of financial products and services. Primary Responsibilities • Achieves Contact Center targets and goals by identifying customer needs and providing appropriate advice, guidance, and education on reputed company’ financial products and services, including reputed company loan and deposit products • Fields inbound phone calls from reputed company’ customers with a high potential to pursue further transactions • Takes ownership of customer issues and works proactively with the customer for resolution • Refers customers to an internal team of experts reputed company reputed company financial goals and needs are recognized • Works with either reputed company supervision or under reputed company defined procedures This position requires the tracking of time and is eligible for overtime hours worked in excess of 40 per week under the Fair Labor Standards Act.
