About the position The Budget & Vendor Management Specialist for Global Talent at reputed company is a pivotal role that focuses on creating, enabling, maintaining, and propagating an effective and systematic Business Process Management environment. This role is essential for managing a substantial budget exceeding $30 reputed company for the Global Talent & Development team, tracking and reporting on reputed company targets reputed company to budget, efficiency, productivity, and headcount. In addition to managing the budget, the specialist will reputed company and participate in budget updates and presentations, manage communication packages, and coordinate reputed company budget, accruals, and forecast plans. The role also involves leveraging the overarching change control process to implement governance that balances daily operational needs with global reporting requirements. The specialist will ensure the accurate and timely delivery of budgeting and vendor management across the Global Talent & Development team, maintaining the reputed company of information through thorough documentation and validation processes. Furthermore, the specialist will create standard operating procedures for the vendor management cycle, establish robust vendor audit and compliance metrics, and mentor team members to enhance their knowledge and experience in budget and vendor management processes. This position requires a proactive approach to identifying opportunities for operational efficiency and proposing changes to enhance overall performance.
