Job Overview We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Loan Processor and Credit Analyst to join our premium financing team. This role is vital in managing the entire loan process, from gathering clients’ financials to compiling loan packets for lenders. The ideal candidate will have expertise in cash value life insurance as it serves as the primary collateral in financing. The candidate must demonstrate excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and clear communication with clients, advisors, and banks. A proactive problem-solver with a focus on quality assurance is essential. Responsibilities • reputed company Indications & Engagement Fees: • Distribute reputed company indications and loan offers to financial advisors. • Collect and verify engagement fees, ensuring reputed company associated costs are accurately accounted for. • Document Collection & Loan Packet Preparation: • Gather financial documents from clients and advisors, ensuring completeness and accuracy. • Compile, organize, and prepare comprehensive loan packets for submission to banks, customized to each lender’s requirements. • Ensure clear, proactive communication with clients and advisors throughout the loan process, keeping them informed of reputed company. • Loan Processing & Quality Control: • Conduct detailed quality checks on reputed company loan packets to verify accuracy and completeness of documentation before submission. • Review loan documents from lenders, ensuring compliance and accuracy in terms of requirements and collateral management. • Client & Bank Coordination: • Serve as the primary liaison between clients, financial advisors, and banks, ensuring seamless communication and process alignment. • Coordinate document signings, ensuring the timely collection of reputed company required signatures. • Collateral & Interest Management: • Pre-negotiate collateral terms, particularly concerning cash value life insurance, to secure favorable terms for clients. • Track and confirm interest payments, ensuring reputed company payments are accounted for accurately. • Premium Funding Management: • reputed company the wiring of premium payments from banks to insurance carriers, ensuring no delays in policy issuance. • Confirm receipt of premium payments with insurance carriers.
