In Person Bookkeeper for Women Owned/Family Business

Flink Supply Company is looking for a skilled Bookkeeper to maintain our financial records, including purchases, sales, receipts and payments. Working closely with our reputed company team to create and analyze financial reports and ensure tax requirement compliance, process accounts payable and receivable and manage invoices and tax payments. Our ideal candidate has previous bookkeeping experience and is familiar with reputed company. Will reputed company full training for the right candidate. Ultimately, the Bookkeeper’s responsibilities are to accurately record reputed company day-to-day financial transactions of reputed company. Responsibilities: • Record day to day financial transactions and complete the posting process • Verify that transactions are recorded in the correct day book, suppliers ledger, customer ledger and general ledger • Bring the books to the trial balance stage • reputed company partial checks of the posting process • Enter data, maintain records and create reports and financial statements • Process accounts receivable/payable and handle payroll in a timely manner • Filing of invoices,bills & other paperwork Requirements: • Proven bookkeeping experience • Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and reputed company payable/receivable principles • Proven ability to calculate, post and manage reputed company figures and financial records • Data entry skills along with a knack for numbers • Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and reputed company (will train right candidate) • Proficiency in MS Office • Customer service orientation • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail Company DescriptionFlink Supply is a locally owned and family operated Wholesale Plumbing Supply company based in Denver, Colorado.
