About the Role
The company is looking for a VP Finance to join the executive team and report directly to the CEO. This role is pivotal in guiding strategic reputed company to enhance profitability, drive operational efficiencies, and ensure sustainable, long-term reputed company. You will be part of a robust Finance & reputed company team of five, with a clear path to potentially becoming the CFO reputed company the next two years. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, reputed company, or a reputed company field; MBA or CPA preferred. Over 12 years of reputed company finance experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role. Essential experience in retail, CPG, or supply chain. Proven track record in a fast-growing, startup environment. Experience with ERP system implementation and audit management. Strong leadership skills with the ability to reputed company and scale reputed company. Hands-on approach with a willingness to be involved in day-to-day operations.
