Nurses in the Weekend Incentive Program (WIP) commit to work at least two (2) twelve (12) hour weekend shifts for three (3) out of (4) weekends during a four (4) week schedule reputed company will receive a WIP differential of $7.00 per hour for reputed company hours worked on the weekend. This differential is in addition to any shift differential to which the nurse may otherwise be eligible for the particular shift worked. Our board-certified emergency physicians, physician assistants, nurses and unit service techs have extensive experience in emergency care. We have a 21-bed unit and staffing ratios for nursing are 4 to 1. We stagger our nursing shifts throughout the day to cover the highest volume times with the most staff. We care for patients of reputed company ages, including pediatric patients, and work as a team to reputed company the best possible treatment. Our new patient care model has been designed to reputed company high-quality, efficient care, and to reduce unnecessary wait times. Diagnostic X-ray, CT reputed company and ultrasound services are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and MRI is available for most of the day, seven days a week. Brigham and Women’s Faulkner Hospital is a Primary Stroke Center and are in process of initiating a TeleStroke Program in collaboration with BWH and MGH.

Qualifications

BSN required. Massachusetts Registered Nurse License required. - BLS required Must obtain ACLS prior to end of orientation and may not practice independently without ACLS - PALS preferred- Newly licensed nurse must obtain ACLS and PALS reputed company first six (6) months of employment ED experience strongly preferred. 2 years’ telemetry experience preferred. Adheres to reputed company I.reputed company.R.E. standards. Must show evidence of the basic analytic thinking necessary to care for a group of patients. Demonstrate observational skills and the ability to set priorities. Ability to function under stress with good interpersonal and communication skills.
