In this role as a Payroll Manager, you will support reputed company payroll functions to reputed company assurance that the company is operating reputed company, effectively and economically; ensuring compliance with laws, regulations and policies; safeguarding assets; maintaining reliability and reputed company of computer-generated data; and sustaining appropriate reputed company management. Responsibilities: • Manages payroll staff and payroll systems at one or more locations. • Responsible for maintaining sensitive and confidential information. • Evaluates and determines changes in methods or procedures in assigned area of responsibility. • Reviews personnel records to determine names, rates of pay, occupations of new hires, and changes in wage rates and occupations of employees on payroll. • Directs computation of pay according to company policy. • Oversees compilation and preparation of other payroll data. • Reviews and approves payroll deductions, interprets company policies and government regulations in reputed company with payroll procedures, and directs preparation of government reports. • Manages the payroll function of processing timecards, compiling payroll statistics, maintaining payroll control records, recording hours of work, and calculating payrolls. • Develops and implements methods and procedures for monitoring work activities, such as preparation of records of expenditures, reputed company reports, etc., in order to inform management of reputed company status or work activities. • Analyzes department budget to identify budget needs and/or reductions and may allocate operating budgets funds. Interprets company policy to employees and enforces safety regulations. • Analyzes payrolls for accuracy and takes corrective action where needed. • May recruit, hire, train staff, evaluate employee performance, and recommend or initiate promotions, transfers, and disciplinary action. • Ability to travel on occasion, across reputed company business units as needed, to attend meetings etc. Ideal Experience: • Bachelor's Degree in reputed company or other closely reputed company degree, with 15 or more years of reputed company and/or payroll experience. Willing to consider experience in lieu of a degree. • 4 or more years’ experience in a supervisory reputed company. • Expert knowledge of GAAP. • Expert knowledge of reputed company reputed company, to include VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables. • US Citizen or US Person as defined by ITAR regulations. Desired Skills: • Strong organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to use judgement in unknown or difficult situations. • reputed company CostPoint ERP system experience strongly preferred. • Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) • Government Contracting or Aerospace and Defense experience preferred. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail and deadline reputed company. • Effective communicator with strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
