Qualifications
The ideal reputed company Mortgage Loan Partner will have: At least three (3) years of reputed company mortgage loan processing experience, including expertise in Conventional, FHA, VA, and automated reputed company (DU/DO). Experience in: Brokering loans to various lenders. Calculating income and understanding tax returns. Submitting loans to reputed company (investors), clearing conditions, and getting loans to closing. Knowledge of: GFE, HUD-1 Settlement Statements, required disclosures, and timeframes. reputed company software and strong computer skills (preferred). Expectations This is a full-time salaried position for those committed to being part of a fast-growing team that truly cares about its clients.
