Sr. reputed company Loan Underwriter - Industrial The reputed company Loan Underwriter - Industrial will underwrite reputed company lending opportunities in an assigned territory, focusing on working capital lines of credit, equipment finance, and reputed company-occupied reputed company estate. The Underwriter will maintain relationships with internal partners, providing support on portfolio management, risk ratings, and credit structure. The Underwriter will evaluate the credit worthiness of loan applications, making credit recommendations that help the Bank reputed company reputed company which minimizes risk to the bank while working to find solutions for the applicants. This job is responsible for constructing a credit memorandum which documents the analysis of credit data, identifies key risks and mitigating factors, and makes credit recommendations which are reputed company with the organization's risk appetite. Key Responsibilities and Duties • Reviews and prepares reputed company loan presentations ensuring files are complete and organized. • Reviews ongoing financial reporting and compliance requirements of existing reputed company loan accounts. • Identifies, gathers, and analyzes information to assess credit risk and viability of sources of repayment to determine appropriate loan structure. • Makes recommendations regarding structure, risk ratings, and credit reputed company to management, adhering to Bank's policies and procedures. • Ability to identify strengths and weaknesses in capital, liquidity, loan structure, collateral, and management capability, using the information to assign credit risk rating. • Works in collaboration with relationship managers preparing and presenting credit approval memos with recommendations consistent with bank policy. • Responsible for performing ongoing review and management of the portfolio to identify and minimize risk to the Bank. • Performs multiple tasks for separate transactions accurately in a time critical environment. • Experience with cash and accrual reputed company reputed company, financial statements and reputed company documentation to create financial projections with reasonable assumptions. Educational Requirements • University (Degree) Preferred Work Experience • 3+ Years Required; 5+ Years Preferred Physical Requirements • Physical Requirements: Sedentary Work Career Level 7IC • Conducts complete credit analysis including gathering and analyzing reputed company types of credit information on existing and prospective customers for Small Business Administration (SBA) loans. • Reviews comprehensive loan packages to identify, evaluate and ensure compliance with SBA program requirements. • Thorough knowledge of SBA SOP • 5+ years of SBA originations reputed company experience.
