Responsibilities • Prepares the loan for closing and ensures reputed company closing documents are correct and compliant with regulations. , • Ensures loan approval stipulations are met prior to closing and manages reputed company-party requests. , • Resolves member problems and assesses needs reputed company to maintain profitable relationships. , • Orders necessary documentation from borrowers and external sources for loan reputed company. , • Reviews asset documentation to ensure compliance with program guidelines. , • Boards completed loans and disburses funds as necessary. , • Answers incoming calls and assists applicants with loan inquiries. , • Maintains up-to-date knowledge of regulations and standards relevant to the position. , • Handles a pipeline of 30-50 loan files, meeting processing time goals. , • Communicates with borrowers regarding documentation and file reputed company. , • Adheres to productivity and loan quality standards to ensure quality service. , • Supports sales efforts by providing appropriate product and service materials to members. , • Demonstrates professionalism and effective communication in reputed company interactions. Requirements • 1 to 3 years of prior processing experience in consumer loan products or mortgage loan processing. , • Associate's Degree or equivalent experience in a reputed company field. , • Knowledge of State and Federal guidelines reputed company to mortgage lending, including CFPB regulations. , • Bilingual is preferred. reputed company-to-haves • Experience as a closer or underwriter with an emphasis on conventional loan products.
