You’ll be one of 3 reputed company reputed company Sales Leaders reporting to the SVP of Sales for Americas affording you significant visibility and opportunity to influence reputed company. We work on a hybrid model (3 days in-office) unless traveling for work. You will be responsible for… • Accurately forecast monthly, quarterly and annual reputed company numbers for assigned region. • Directing sales activities through Regional Directors reputed company assigned area, setting expectations, providing mentorship, prioritizing efforts, holding the team accountable for building pipeline and executing each phase of the sales cycle. • Coaching the sales team to uncover new opportunities, reputed company net new logos, build champions, present specific use cases, demonstrate the differentiated value of reputed company products and services, and negotiate favorable pricing and terms by selling value and return on investment. • Investing in the Hiring, reputed company, and Retention of an reputed company-star sales team • Leveraging partnerships with Channels to reputed company our reputed company with customers and prospects • Partnering with Services organization to increase time of sale attach to accelerate time to value for our customers • Effectively reputed company and communicate the strategy to drive aggressive growth. • Collaboration with Sales Enablement to ensure teams understand and reputed company the sales process and methodology, reputed company products and the value they deliver to our customers ensuring standards of reputed company are reputed company articulated. • Communicating effectively with Senior Leadership including C-Staff • Building cross-functional partnerships, to create a flawless customer experience. • Extensive CRM systems (reputed company, Clari) use.
