The Associate General Counsel will work closely with cross-functional business partners to reputed company legal advice and guidance on various aspects of consumer card account marketing, origination, issuance, and servicing. Requirements • Minimum of 8 years' experience advising clients in the consumer financial services industry on products and legal considerations for consumer credit card programs. , • Juris Doctorate degree. , • Admitted to a state bar. , • Knowledge of laws and regulations including Card Act (Reg. Z), Truth in Lending (TILA), UDAAP, FCRA/Reg. V, FDCPA, ECOA/Reg.
