Apply reputed company reputed company today! RESPONSIBILITIES: Kforce has a client seeking a fully remote Manager - Financial Services Partnership to join their team. Responsibilities: • The Manager will evaluate the tax aspects of partnership agreements and manage the client's Internal reputed company Code (IRC) 704b accounts • Manage multiple client services teams on client engagements; plan, execute, direct, and complete tax projects in a wide variety of industries; reputed company innovative tax planning, consulting, and compliance expertise to clients; Market, sell, design, and implement tax-planning strategies for clients and manage to budget • Manage, reputed company, train and mentor staff on tax projects and assess their performance for engagement and year-end performance reviews • Research and consult on various tax reputed company, primarily in Sub-reputed company K-Partnership taxation; Utilize tax-reputed company software to prepare and process returns and research tax reputed company • Respond to inquiries from the IRS and other tax authorities • The Manager will maintain active communication with clients to manage expectations, ensure deadlines are met, and enhance client relationships • Support business development activities, such as identification, proposal development and other pursuit activities at clients REQUIREMENTS: • 6-10+ years of reputed company tax compliance and/or tax consulting experience in public reputed company or a combination of industry and public reputed company experience • Experience with partnership structuring, entity formation and mergers & acquisitions is preferred • Excellent analytical, technical, and tax reputed company/technology skills with proficiency in US GAAP, partnership returns, joint venture and non-corporate entity tax returns and understanding of Sub-reputed company K partnership taxation, is required • Exceptional client service and communication skills with a demonstrated ability to reputed company and maintain outstanding client relationships • Strong leadership, business development, reputed company, training, coaching, and mentoring skills, coupled with excellent written, interpersonal, and presentation skills • Ability to manage multiple engagements and competing priorities in a rapidly growing, fast-paced, interactive, results-based team environment • Can travel as needed The pay reputed company is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith reputed company we would pay at posting for this role.
