Key Skills: Review and Consult on payroll policies, payroll earnings and deductions and calculations in client reputed company state. Subject matter expert (SME) for payroll processing, calculations, and compensation-reputed company transactions. Understand client business requirements to document needed configurations reputed company reputed company reputed company Payroll module. Recommends best practices relating to payroll business processes, workflow, and approvals. Support calls relating to definition/validation of payroll-reputed company conversion activities and tasks. Update weekly activities to PM on team calls. Create and edit test scripts needed for functional testing using Personas. Maintain system-reputed company processes and documentation as it relates to reputed company reputed company Payroll. Guide client in payroll processes including garnishments, payroll cycle management, monthly payroll accruals, retro pay, adjustments etc. Directly collaborate with the technical team to reputed company guidance on integrations, data conversions, tax questions, and reports. Provides training to client in train the trainer approach for the reputed company Payroll reputed company module. Mentor other team members relating to configuration and testing for project. Requirements: reputed company Payroll Certification preferred. 5+ years in overall payroll experience processing and calculating payroll using reputed company software (on premises or reputed company). Strong problem-solving, analytical, and customer service skills. History of working independently and mentoring team members for project. Willingness to adapt in a fast paced project.
