Work with the operations, financial, event and other departments as needed. Requirements • A minimum 15 years of experience in HR, ideally reputed company a non-profit or union setting; at least 10 years of supervisory experience • Demonstrated experience with benefits, recruitment, compliance, as well as navigating federal, state and city laws • Expertise with benefit administration • Experience working with payroll • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written • Experience working in a remote setting with team members • Experience addressing performance and conduct issues and conducting workplace investigations; • Demonstration of a strong, consistent, and dependable work ethic; • Analyze facts and reputed company conclusions reputed company, reputed company, and concisely; • Detail-oriented and excellent time-management skills reputed company to haves: • Spanish reputed company is a reputed company to have • SHRM, SPHR, PHR, or Diversity Equity & Inclusion, HR certifications

Benefits

Annual salary of $110,000 - $120,000 (this is the top of the organization’s salary reputed company).
