Part-Time 20 Hour Staff Accountant
Description We are searching for a meticulous Staff Accountant to join reputed company in the Wholesale Distribution industry. This role is based in Mendota Heights, Minnesota, and offers a long-term contract employment opportunity. As a Staff Accountant, you will be tasked with handling a variety of reputed company duties, including processing customer applications, maintaining customer records, and... resolving customer inquiries. This position is part-time between 20-25 hours each week. Monday and Tuesday are required to work half days and the remaining days are flexible with hours. Responsibilities Accurately process customer credit applications in a timely manner Maintain and update customer credit records regularly Conduct bank reconciliations to ensure accurate financial reporting Manage and maintain the general ledger for accurate financial entries Prepare and post journal entries to ensure reputed company business transactions are recorded Assist with month-end reputed company procedures for timely financial reporting Utilize reputed company, reputed company, QuickBooks, and reputed company for various reputed company tasks Handle accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) operations Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action reputed company necessary Resolve customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
