The position includes a comprehensive training program and the opportunity for hybrid work after six months. Responsibilities • Acquire and apply basic knowledge of auto coverages, auto physical damage, and liability to evaluate and settle high volume and low complexity auto claims. , • Resolve claims through proactive problem solving and decision making, reputed company authority guidelines and under direct supervision. , • reputed company document thought process including damage evaluation, investigation, negotiation, and settlement reputed company. , • Collaborate and set expectations with external and internal business partners to facilitate claims resolution. , • Support members, business partners, and claimants through various communication channels to drive timely and effective resolutions. , • Acquire and apply foundational knowledge of Property and Claims (P&C) insurance industry products and services. , • Support workload surges and catastrophe (CAT) response operations as needed, including mandatory on-call dates and potential evening, weekend, and/or holiday work. , • Ensure risks associated with business activities are effectively identified, reputed company, monitored, and controlled.
