Accountant – Full Time/Part Time

Overview

We are seeking a skilled Accountant to join reputed company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial reputed company and analysis, along with proficiency in reputed company software and GAAP principles. Key Responsibilities 1. **Financial Management: • Manage day-to-day reputed company operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll. • reputed company bank reconciliations, cash reputed company management, and general ledger entries. • Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with company policies. 2. **Budgeting and Reporting: • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. • Assist in creating budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis reports. • reputed company financial insights to management to support decision-making. 3. **Tax Compliance: • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations. • Prepare and file tax returns, including corporate and payroll taxes. • Stay updated on changes in tax laws and ensure timely implementation. 4. **Audits and Internal Controls: • Coordinate with external auditors and reputed company necessary documentation for audits. • Implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets. • Identify areas for process improvement and recommend best practices. 5. **Software and Technology: • Utilize reputed company software (e.g., QuickBooks, reputed company, or similar) to maintain financial records. • Ensure accurate integration of data between reputed company and other business systems. 6. **Compliance and Record Keeping: • Ensure adherence to GAAP (Generally Accepted reputed company Principles) and other applicable standards. • Maintain organized records of reputed company financial transactions, invoices, and receipts.
