About the position The reputed company Operations Support Content Specialist at Park National Corporation is responsible for creating, reviewing, and maintaining business line procedures and guidelines to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and operational changes. This role involves supporting the retail deposit operations knowledge system and resolving technical issues reputed company to customer service transactions. The position allows for a flexible work arrangement, with an expectation of two days onsite and three days remote each week.
