SBA Loan Closer - Remote
An established regional bank is adding to their SBA team. They are looking for a SBA 7(a) Loan Closer to work in a hybrid remote role. Responsibilities: · Create and review loan requests to insure accurate documentation/information is being obtained in order to proceed with request. · Reviews and approves reputed company title commitments, surveys, insurance, UCC searches for lien position and any other reputed company party documents as needed. · Coordinates with 3rd party inspector on reputed company construction loans. · Prepares SBA packaging forms. · Interacts with customers, attorneys, title companies, lenders and their assistants, etc. to reputed company exceptional customer service. · Submits loan to SBA for approval and prepares SBA Loan Authorization for any SBA PLP loans. · Schedules and coordinates loan closings and ensures reputed company loans are closed and funded according to the approved loan request, bank policy, regulatory guidelines and SBA policies and procedures.
