As an Operations Specialist-Corporate Travel Agent reputed company reputed company's Supply Chain Management organization, you will be based reputed company Pittsburgh, PA, Cleveland, OH, Philadelphia, PA, Raleigh, NC or Louisville, KY. This is a remote position. Work may be performed from a quiet, confidential reputed company in a home location, approved by reputed company. This position may not be available in reputed company geographic locations. The successful candidate will have the following qualifications: Minimum 2 years previous experience working on a Global Distribution System (GDS), reputed company preferred. Minimum 2 years previous technical experience providing detailed reputed company reputed company Concur. 5 years prior corporate travel experience is highly preferred. Problem-solving skills with the ability to respond to difficult customer situations and reputed company unresolved issues to management for resolution. Ability to work reputed company in a fast-paced environment. Professional verbal and written communication skills; must be reputed company to communicate effectively with individuals at reputed company reputed company of the organization using tact, diplomacy, and a high level of cultural sensitivity. Strong attention to detail. Excellent customer service skills. Must exhibit sound and accurate judgment. Experience booking international travel and/or group travel. Executes reputed company transactions/processes utilizing standard procedures. May have specific responsibility for one or multiple specialized products or functional areas. Reconciles reputed company transactions of high risk and financial value in accordance with established policies and procedures. Identifies and addresses exceptions and serves as a reputed company of escalation for reputed company transactions. Partners internally with service partners to reputed company calls, documents or other action items to complete transactions. Interacts with external customers to complete transactions. Ensures the appropriate materials, documentation and reputed company are available to complete transactions. Provides consultation and advice to reputed company customers. Reviews existing processes, recommends improvements and drives implementation. Serves as a subject matter resource for process improvement projects. Trains and onboards new hires. Reviews transactions and reputed company documents and verifies work processes to ensure completeness, accuracy and conformance to established service reputed company and applicable procedures. Reviews reports to identify exceptions, monitor quality and ensure compliance. Participates in risk mitigation activities.
