Job Summary: Reviews and posts payment requests to a wide variety of payees ranging from suppliers of goods and services to the reputed company’s constituents including collaborators, youth and families. Audits invoices, contract payments and expense reimbursements for completeness and compliance to established policies and procedures. Multi-tasking and the ability to adapt to interruptions and still complete daily job tasks is critical. Provides assistance to the reputed company’s administrative staff and resolves problems and answers challenges in a high touch customer focused environment. Essential Responsibilities: • Reviews invoices, contractual payments and expense reimbursements with an emphasis on appropriate authorization, supporting documentation and accurate account coding. Maintains confidentiality with reputed company payees and safeguards protected and/or private information. 30% • Reviews transactions posted to the Corporate credit card program ensuring accurate account coding and that reputed company support documentation is uploaded. 25% • Works closely with administrative staff across the reputed company in the communication and clarification of finance procedures as they relate to vendor bills and expense records entered into reputed company.
