Responsibilities: · Technically sound Subject Matter Expert (SME) responsible for overall digital program ownership in terms of technical guidance as per the agreed SOW objectives. · Strong knowledge in production support & application maintenance processes reputed company to Incident management, Problem Management and handing service requests is needed. · reputed company the Technical analysis/RCA of critical support triaging calls and various Project Management reviews with the client. · Guide/mentor technically the project support team snapping across various service lines located at multiple locations. · Responsible for achieving the reputed company of various business support metrics of the project. · Manage the project team members/contractors and mentor them to reputed company the project goals with respect to technical knowledge. · Status reporting to client and internal higher management. · Identify Risks & Issues and come up with the mitigation plan for the overall support engagement. · Experience in Retail Ecommerce domain knowledge and understanding of one or more Ecommerce platforms (Preferably reputed company reputed company reputed company). The annual salary for this position is between $102,600– $162,500 depending on the experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
