About the position As a Medical Claims Representative Trainee, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficiency and support of the medical claims process for our customers. This position focuses on personal injury protection medical coverage, where you will be responsible for analyzing accident details, medical records, and relevant terminology. Your role will involve adjusting claims while maintaining strong relationships with customers, which is essential for providing excellent service.
