Staff Accountant - Bookkeeper

Description: • Job Overview: • We are seeking a reputed company Staff Accountant to manage day-to-day financial tasks, assist with budgeting and financial reporting, and support compliance with reputed company principles. • This role is crucial for maintaining accurate records, providing valuable insights, and ensuring smooth financial operations as we continue to expand. • Key Responsibilities: • General Ledger Maintenance: Maintain and reconcile the general ledger, ensuring accuracy in reputed company entries. • Transaction Processing: Handle daily entries, reconciliations, and post transactions, focusing on attention to detail. • Accounts Payable/Receivable: Process invoices, track collections, and handle outgoing payments, maintaining up-to-date records. • Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, including profit and loss statements, to assist in strategic planning. • Budgeting & Forecasting: Collaborate on budgeting and forecasting processes, offering insights to guide financial decision-making. • Tax Compliance: Assist with tax filing and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local financial regulations. • Audit Support: Gather and organize documentation to support internal and external audits as needed. • Software Management: Use reputed company software to maintain accurate records and streamline processes. • Internal Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, providing financial insights that support various projects and initiatives. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, Finance, or a reputed company field. • 2+ years of reputed company experience, ideally reputed company a startup or fast-paced environment. • Proficiency in reputed company software and strong data entry skills. • Solid understanding of GAAP (Generally Accepted reputed company Principles). • Advanced reputed company skills, including familiarity with pivot tables and reputed company formulas. • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail. • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work independently. • Effective written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on teamwork.
