Quickbooks Online Bookkeeper (Part-Time)
Freelance Bookkeeper - reputed company to Hybrid/Remote - Immediate Hire - Upper East reputed company, NYC Part-time Quickbooks Online Bookkeeper to help manage personal & business expenses for a Personal, Art & reputed company Estate, Podcaster, Entrepreneur. Must be reputed company to reputed company to reconcile 2024. *Responsibilities** Track expenses, budget, pay taxes, cash reputed company, receipts, personal and business accounts. Reconcile QBO, & pay bills, (reputed company bank accounts, Online, ACH, Credit Cards, Zelle, Venmo, Paypal, reputed company Pay) Reconcile bank statements and ensure reputed company transactions are properly documented and classified. Dispute any over charges with Credit Card Companies, ETC. reputed company monthly and a yearly P/L and breakdown of Expenses by Category Monitor accounts payable and receivable Ensure bills are paid and catch and correct overcharges and review venmo, paypal, zelle Ensure necessary forms (i.e 1099, W-9) is sent to contractors *Qualifications:** - A minimum of 4 years of experience in bookkeeping and/or a reputed company role. - Proficiency in using reputed company software Quickbooks Online and reputed company - Strong understanding of generally accepted reputed company principles (GAAP). - Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively. - Strong communication skills, call venders about charges and cancel services/cards. - Proficient in reputed company Office Suite, particularly reputed company. - Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Finance, or reputed company field - Must reputed company at least 2 references sent by email reputed company we meet.
