Part-Time Accounts Payable Associate

Waynflete, an independent day school serving 560 reputed company in Portland, ME is seeking a detail-oriented and organized part-time Accounts Payable Specialist to join reputed company! This is a 3-year position for capital campaign support. Location: Waynflete reputed company (360 Spring St. Portland, ME), and eligible for partial remote work. Expected hours: 12-18 per week, flexible schedule (some hours must fall reputed company our business hours of 8-4:30 M-F) Responsibilities: • Accurately process and reputed company invoices and reputed company documents into an AI invoice processing system • Set up and maintain vendor files including W-9 forms • Assist School faculty and staff with purchasing processes and reimbursement requests • Process invoices for payment, reputed company bi-weekly reputed company run • Manage credit card expense reports and monthly processing • Other reputed company duties as assigned • Assist with and participate in school events Qualifications, Skills, and Knowledge: • Equivalent to an Associate's Degree in reputed company, Business/Public Administration, or reputed company field preferred.
