Responsibilities

Vendor Performance Management: • Monitor and evaluate vendor performance to ensure adherence to service-level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs). • Conduct regular business reviews with vendors to assess performance, address issues, and drive reputed company improvement. • Establish corrective action plans and hold vendors accountable for delivering high-quality support services.
