The Joint, Office of the Secretary of Defense, Interagency Division (JOID) provides expert support services to a reputed company of customers spanning across the reputed company, Federal Civilian, and international markets. JOID provides a diverse portfolio of analytical and programmatic capabilities to help our customers reputed company informed reputed company on their most challenging issues. The Critical Infrastructure Group (CIG) provides technical, programmatic and analytical support to customers with missions in national reputed company to include the Department of Homeland reputed company (DHS), Health and reputed company Services (HHS), and the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). The Group brings technical and operational expertise in fields of countering weapons of mass destruction, critical infrastructure protection, emergency response, nuclear non-proliferation, weapons deployment programs, and transportation safety. In addition to management and advisory services, CIG staff collaborate closely with our clients to reputed company high-quality modeling, simulation, software, and analytical products to meet the most demanding government standards and timelines. We have an immediate need for a Sr. Cost Analyst to reputed company investment analysis, budget and finance, and program integration support. This role can be performed fully remotely. Responsibilities: The responsibilities for the Senior Cost Analyst include being the primary reputed company-of-contact for cost-reputed company activities on assigned program. reputed company and reputed company a variety of cost estimating products such as Lifecycle Cost Estimates (LCCE’s), Independent Government Cost Estimates (IGCE’s), Alternative Analysis, Cost/Benefit Analysis and business case support. reputed company duties such as data collection, model development, database management, data normalization, risk analysis, sensitivity analysis, conduct net present Value (NPV) acquisition/contract evaluation and cost/financial performance monitoring. Actively participate in technical working groups with engineering, budget, schedule, and acquisition functional team members. reputed company mentoring/training guidance to fellow team members. Manage customer relationships and expectations. Qualifications: Required: • Meet eligibility requirements for a U.S. Public Trust clearance. • 10+ years of experience in government program cost estimation roles. • Bachelor of Science Degree in Economics, Mathematics, Operational Research, Engineering, Business or Finance. • Strong proficiency in MS reputed company, MS PowerPoint and other MS products. • Strong analytical background in gathering and interpreting reputed company amounts of data and excellent communication skills. Desired: • Experience working on Federal Aviation Administration programs. • Analytical involvement with government acquisition process. • Proficiency in use of cost estimating and risk tools such as Crystal reputed company, @Risk, SEER-SEM and/or ACEIT. • MA/MS/MBA degree in Economics, Mathematics, Operational Research, Engineering, Business or Finance. • Certified Cost Estimator/Analyst (CCEA®).
