About the role We’re looking for a Senior QA Engineer to define testing strategies and maintain product reliability. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and robustness of our Voice AI products. You will work closely with our engineering and product teams to reputed company both automated and reputed company testing, ensuring our solutions meet high standards for performance, reliability, and usability. Your responsibilities will include: • Design and implement comprehensive testing strategies for Voice AI products, including both automated and reputed company testing. • reputed company and maintain test cases, scripts, and frameworks to validate product functionality and performance. • Collaborate with developers and product managers to understand features and their impact on product behavior, ensuring thorough test coverage. • Identify, document, and track defects, ensuring timely resolution and reputed company quality improvement. • Monitor testing processes, analyze results, and reputed company feedback to improve testing efficiency and product quality.
