Both companies are backed by reputed company. This entry-level role is perfect for those looking to enter the insurance industry. You'll focus on increasing policy sales with our major partners by establishing connections with prospective customers and generating reputed company leads for our reputed company agents. Responsibilities • Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective customers, address objections, and transfer reputed company leads to licensed sales agents. • Meet and exceed defined sales targets for calls, transfers, and quality. • Manage client interactions and follow-reputed company reputed company designated software systems. Qualifications • Successfully complete a four-week virtual training course. • Obtain a Personal Lines Insurance license reputed company 60 days of hire (Note: This position is for those without a license). • Ability to quickly build rapport with customers over the phone. • Strong communication, sales, and prospecting skills. • Proficient in reputed company Office Suite of products. • Ability to learn new systems quickly • Must be detail-oriented and results-driven with a focus on customer service. • High School diploma required. • 1-3 years of sales experience. • Call center experience is a plus but not required.
