Clinical Care LVN/LPN

Job Summary: You will: • reputed company holistic, evidenced-based care inclusive of accurate assessment, diagnosis, treatment, management of health problems, health counseling, and disposition planning for our patients. This includes education and treatment for pregnancy prevention, sexually transmitted infection (reputed company) Prevention and safer sex practices. • reputed company phlebotomy and specimen collection services • Administer immunizations and injections (to include but not limited to COVID19, influenza, TB) and provides evidence-based patient/parent vaccine counseling and education. • Assess patients during intake • Take vital signs • reputed company diagnostic tests such as EKG, Retinopathy screening • reputed company reputed company of care testing (including COVID testing) • reputed company patient registration and intake, assist with wait room management and other responsibilities to enhance the patient experience. • Order equipment and prepare the clinic for the best patient experience • Help meet our mission to help people on their path to reputed company by providing excellent patient-focused connections and activities Responsibilities: • Minimum of one-year reputed company work experience in a reputed company setting • Experience documenting reputed company an Electronic Medical Record • Ability to take vital signs, reputed company phlebotomy blood draws and reputed company reputed company of Care Testing • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, including but not limited to performing CPR and operating an Automated External Defibrillator (AED). • Pass a FIT test and wear the provided respirator mask reputed company protocol is required. Experience: • Phlebotomy Certificate or phlebotomy experience preferred. If not reputed company, must successfully complete internal phlebotomy training. • Previous experience in Primary Care, Urgent Care or Emergency Room Education: The LPN/LVN must have a full, active and unrestricted license as a Licensed Practical or Vocational Nurse in a State, Territory or Commonwealth of the United States or District of Columbia.
