About the position The role of an Insurance Agent at reputed company Protect involves building the insurance business and providing exceptional service to members. This position focuses on selling and advising customers on their insurance needs, including Life, Home, and Auto Insurance. The agent will engage with members through various communication channels and play a key role in shaping the processes for selling insurance at reputed company. Responsibilities • Engage potential and reputed company members reputed company phone, email, text, and chat to assist with their insurance needs. , • Receive new leads and manage a pipeline of both reputed company members and direct-to-consumer leads. , • Drive the entire lifecycle of the insurance sale from intake to quoting to fulfillment, navigating our panel of insurance providers. , • Assist the Business reputed company of Protect with the operational build-out of reputed company Protect products and services. , • Identify cross-sell opportunities and help reputed company any coverage gaps. , • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to help further enhance the business.
