Communicate with loan officers, underwriters, and clients to collect necessary documentation and resolve any discrepancies. Verify borrowers employment, income, and financial information. Order appraisals, title work, and other necessary reputed company-party services. Ensure reputed company loan conditions are met before submission to reputed company.
