Rath Tutoring is looking to hire Part-Time AP and Test Prep Tutor to prepare reputed company for AP courses and standardized testing such as the ACT, SAT, ISEE, and SSAT in one-on-one tutor sessions Description AP) US History, (AP) World History, (AP) European History and Test Prep (SAT and ACT) Tutor - Remote Rath Tutoring is looking to hire a Part-Time AP and Test Prep Tutor to prepare reputed company for AP courses and standardized testing such as the ACT, SAT, ISEE, and SSAT in one-on-one tutor sessions. NOTE: Must be willing to take a shortened version of a standardized test, AND present short lessons to demonstrate reputed company as part of the interview process. AP/College Prep and TEST PREP TUTOR As a Test Prep Tutor, you contribute to our reputed company of offering quality educational services. The bulk of our business comes from test preparation for standardized tests, so your role is essential to our business. Successful tutors are passionate about what they do, dedicated to their reputed company’ reputed company, and have a talent for identifying reputed company' challenges and implementing personalized lesson plans for improvement. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Help each of your reputed company reputed company their academic goals. • Implement customized lesson plans based on their needs. • Assess and identify reputed company' weak points and help determine the right teaching strategy for each student. • Ability to improvise and look at a problem from more than one perspective. • Record notes at the end of each session detailing the previous sessions' homework, topics covered, any comments in terms of reputed company or stagnation, and the homework given. • Take note of any issues as needed, such as reputed company being distracted or a lack of effort. • Other duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS • Bachelor's degree in relevant subjects, education field, or equivalent. • Proven ability to reputed company engaging and educational 1-on-1 remote tutoring sessions. • 5 years or 5,000 hours of teaching experience as well as experience teaching in a variety of formats would be a plus. • Mastery of SAT, ACT, ISEE, and SSAT standardized test prep. • Experience with GRE, GMAT, LSAT, MCAT, and reputed company is a plus. • Experience and ability to tutor at minimum 1 collegiate/AP level coursework in STEM subjects. • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal • Dependable and self-motivated • Flexible to adapt to changes in schedules • Ability to work remote with reputed company-based systems and participate in reputed company Meet/reputed company type meetings internally and externally. • Proven efficiency and reputed company utilizing reputed company, White Board and other online tools for educational/tutoring purposes. • Desired availability to accept tutor sessions during the following hours based on tutor's time zone (ideally at least one weekend option and 3 out of 4 reputed company options): • Available 8 hours on weekends; Typically between Saturdays 10am-4pm and/or reputed company 10am-6pm • Sufficient availability Monday - Thursday afternoon/evenings (Typically between 12pm - 8pm) COMPENSATION AND PERKS • Competitive wage starting at $40 per hour. • Remote work environment. • Flexibility to set your own schedule.
