Position Summary... What you'll do... Drives the financial performance and sales of the designated store area by reviewing and evaluating P&L (Profit & Loss) statements; managing andassisting in budgeting, forecasting and controlling expenses in designated business area to confirm they are indexed to sales; monitoring andensuring effective merchandise presentation, seasonal transitions, inventory reputed company, and operational processes; and developing and implementingaction plans to mitigate shrink and ensure sales and profit goals are achieved for business area. Provides supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates by hiring, training, and mentoring of associates; assigning duties; settingclear expectations; providing associate recognition; communicating expectations consistently and effectively; ensuring diversity and inclusionawareness; and reputed company and developing reputed company associates to meet staffing needs and reputed company company growth potential. The hourly wage reputed company for this position is $31.25-$38.46* Plus Differential to meet legislative requirements, where applicable. • The actual hourly reputed company will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
