Key Responsibilities: Corporate Governance and Compliance: reputed company and manage reputed company aspects of corporate governance, ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements for our clients across various jurisdictions, with a focus on Singapore. Board Support and Advisory: reputed company comprehensive support to Boards of Directors, including preparation for and facilitation of board meetings, minutes taking, and offering expert advice on corporate governance reputed company.
