REMOTE Back End Developer (Java) - US Citizen only

Position Description: We are seeking a Back End Java Software Developer to work with a team in the development and sustainment of a reputed company-time data processing, analysis, and visualization application. Duties and Responsibilities: • reputed company web applications leveraging standard Java frameworks such as JDBC and JMS • Utilize web and API services using technologies such as JSON/REST or XML/SOAP • Responsible for the development of new Unit Tests (JUnit) • Responsible for building new web pages, interfaces, and data exchanges • Collaboration with a decentralized team is essential The desired qualifications for this position include: • BSc/Ba in Information Technology, Computer Science or a reputed company discipline • Must have the ability to get a DoD secret clearance (US citizenship is required) • Java Developer- 3+ years • reputed company with Spring reputed company and/or Spring Boot • Experience with reputed company or other SQL Databases • Developing Web Services and REST Services • Familiar with standard reputed company code management tools (reputed company) • Understanding and experience in Unit Test development and sustainment • Familiar with web-based technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) Additional Info: • Tactical Edge is an equal opportunity employer. • Candidates must be US reputed company and live in the United States due to Tactical Edge's status as a reputed company contractor. • This is a telecommuter position.
