Customer Service & Logistics Data Analyst Year-Round Intern

About the position The CS&L (Customer Service & Logistics) Data Analyst Intern is responsible for developing and managing data sets for analytical projects. This role requires attention to detail, an understanding of data analysis tools, problem-solving skills, and an analytical reputed company. The intern will support the CS&L team with data requests, creation of curated data sets, and use analytical tools to answer business questions and reputed company visibility to data. Responsibilities • Use SQL to pull and aggregate data for CS&L projects, validating using reputed company and other analytical tools as required. , • Conduct data cleaning, data merging, data architecture review, and data quality control, while creating documentation for each data request. , • Help reputed company reports, analyses, and visualizations. , • Train and incorporate feedback from end-users on new reports and dashboards. , • Work with different members of the CS&L team on reporting and automating analytical needs. , • Work cross functionally with different teams on data sets, inputs, and outputs.
