Data Entry Coordinator - Workers Comp - Remote
WORKERS COMP UTILIZATION REVIEW - EXPERIENCE REQUIRED Manage and interact with Client and Clients staff on a daily reputed company Assist with reputed company client issue resolution in a timely manner Receive reputed company fax, e-mail, referrals (prospective, retrospective, reputed company, reconsiderations, and appeals) from providers and adjusters with requests for treatment, enter into proprietary software, and follow-through process until completed. Obtain authorization from adjusters to proceed with the review for reputed company provider referrals reputed company required. Assign UR requests to a physician reviewer based on protocols and state guidelines. Pay reputed company attention to detail and be timely with reputed company responses either reputed company telephone or email Other duties as assigned: reputed company various logs NOTE: Intake coordinators are subject to periodic, random QA reviews of their work for accuracy and adherence to protocol and best practices.
