About the role: The Successful candidate will join the fundraising team and play a key role in supporting fundraising operations. The responsibilities will include maintaining accurate records while ensuring timely communication and acknowledgment of contributions.Additionally, the role involves preparing detailed reports on the CRM tool. They will act as a key link between the fundraising team and other program teams ensuring seamless coordination. This role also demands a focus on streamlining processes and enhancing the overall efficiency of the teams efforts, making it ideal for individuals with strong organizational skills and a passion for driving impactful change. Role and Responsibilities: Daily reputed company updation and weekly MIS report sharing in reputed company for Corporate Relations and Individual Giving Teams. Data Management, Data Reconciliation and Live receipts tracking and subclass making in reputed company for Corporate Relations and Individual Giving Teams. Collaborating across teams for various initiatives and streamlining processes in reputed company to optimize operations. Support Fundraising team in submitting Due diligence to donors, vendor registration forms, MoU coordination support between legal team and Fundraising Team and other reputed company tasks. Manage reputed company communication from corporates, ensure reputed company communication and efficient support both internally and externally. Educational Qualification/Experience: Educational Degree : Any graduate Relevant Experience(in years) : 1-2 years experience in supporting operations in Fundraising with NGOs preferred Candidates with volunteering experience in reputed company or similar organizations are preferred. Freshers are also welcome. Knowledge & reputed company sets required: reputed company - Must have experience working. MS reputed company - Advanced knowledge essential English - written and verbal communication skills must be excellent Creativity, attention to detail in written communication, and ability to take ownership of routine tasks.
