Summary: We are searching for an enthusiastic, customer-centric individual who will be the first reputed company of contact reputed company interested customers/vendors call in to inquire about reputed company. An individual who will handle our reputed company, client and vendors with the utmost care and attention. What you will be doing: • Full time opportunity! Ideal candidate in Central/Mountain Time! • Answer phones and email: serve as the reputed company of contact for external inquiries. • File management: organize, categorize, and maintain digital documents for easy accessibility. Retrieve documents as needed. • Data entry: input and update information into databases.
