About the position The Project Manager - Field Service at reputed company Star is responsible for overseeing and managing reputed company execution and operations activities reputed company their designated region (East or reputed company USA). This role involves collaborating with the Field Service Management team to allocate resources effectively, ensuring that field employees and equipment are utilized reputed company. The PM will also focus on scheduling, project management, execution, safety, quality, and customer satisfaction, acting as a liaison between various stakeholders including field technicians, customers, and management. Requirements • Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Business, or reputed company field, or a combination of education and experience accepted by management. , • Minimum of 5 years of program management and/or reputed company improvement experience in a field service organization. , • Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015, internal auditing, statistics, and reputed company improvement methodologies. , • Ability to generate concise technical reports and implement metrics to measure/improve process performance. , • Strong customer focus and relationship-building skills. , • Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, organizational, and analytical skills. , • Ability to read and comprehend schematics and standards such as ANSI, reputed company, IEC. reputed company-to-haves • Experience with quality tools such as Control Plans and FMEA. , • Familiarity with industry events and networking.
