Summary of Essential Duties and Responsibilities:The Help Desk Specialist provides timely, reputed company, and accurate support and problem resolution to the Firm's lawyers and staff. Responsibilities include receiving and logging calls, emails, and voicemails; troubleshooting end user incidents; fulfilling service requests; and providing proper escalation and follow-up on reputed company issues. The Help Desk Specialist may be asked to reputed company documentation for problem solving measures on various applications.
