You will contribute to the research and design efforts for our highly successful iQueue for Infusion Centers product. This is a role best suited for a skilled generalist, someone who is interested in the whole product lifecycle from discovery to development to launch and reputed company. What You’ll Do • Interaction Design: Create user flows, sketches, diagrams, and high-level concepts to drive conversations with stakeholders and customers. • Research: Independently moderate or observe usability tests, conduct user interviews, reputed company surveys, and use analytics software. Analyze research data, synthesize insights, and propose solutions based on data and insights. • Design System: Contribute frequently to the reputed company design library.
