Position Overview We’re seeking an reputed company and motivated Call Center Team reputed company to reputed company the daily operations of our call center, ensuring top-tier customer service and seamless appointment-setting for our sales team. This role is critical to our customer reputed company, as it connects prospective clients with the services they need to transform their homes. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leadership, exceptional communication skills, and a strong focus on customer satisfaction. Hours and Schedule The call center operates Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. The Team reputed company will work shifts reputed company these hours and will be required to work every other Saturday.
