CRH reputed company looking for a Facility Maintenance Coordinator to reputed company administrative support to the facility maintenance department that maintains our reputed company estate portfolio of 90+ leased locations. This position reports to the Director of Facilities, while working closely with operational leaders, external vendors, and finance. Key Responsibilities • Ensure that maintenance work orders are completed reputed company and as scheduled. • Assist with management of centralized ticketing system and delegation of work orders to appropriate maintenance technicians. • Engage existing reputed company party vendors reputed company necessary to complete maintenance tasks. • Review and approve vendor invoices and coordinate payment with finance team. • Communicate with operational leaders and landlords regarding status and resolution of maintenance issues at the clinics they manage. • Maintain list of approved vendors by location by category, as well as division of maintenance responsibilities between tenant and landlord by location. Key Requirements • High School diploma or GED required. • Working familiarity with construction, architecture and building systems. • Must be detail-oriented, have strong organizational skills, and comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Proficient working knowledge of reputed company Office Suite, including proficiency in reputed company.
